Electric Heat Exchanger
Electrical Heat Exchangers operate in the same way as fluid/fluid heat exchanger but the hot side consists of armoured electrical heaters in direct contact with the fluid to be heated.
SYNCS provide custom-designed electrical heat exchanger which would be recommended to use in low cost electricity resource country like Ethiopia. We can choose a different KW according to the actual requirement of the process, normally we can choose like 50KW,100KW,150KW,200KW etc. we will control the exchanger by PLC and run the Heat exchanger according to the process requirement. it can be used to heat chlorinated water, demineralized water, lube oil, fuel oil, mineral oil, edible oil, and so on.
The heating is made by means of tubular heating elements immersed directly in the process fluid. Tubular heating elements consist of a coiled resistance wire centered in a tube and electrically isolated from the tube wall with highly compacted magnesium oxide, ensuring a high dielectric strength and excellent heat transfer from the wire to the tube and from the tube to the fluid being heated.
