Disadvantages: the product for hollow particles, small density, for packaging and transportation to increase the burden.Add a lot of fillers to keep the fluidity of the product (20%~30%), high energy consumption, various processes, equipment complex, high production cost, need to deal with a lot of tail gas, paste viscosity limit formula improvement and labor intensity of workers.
Polymer forming
Advantages: solid particles, high density.The amount of non-ionic surfactant is more than 8%, and the total active substance is 15-30%. It can reduce the amount of glauber's salt, increase the amount of functional auxiliaries, and produce various types of products with low energy consumption and less investment.
